We have a 100% money back guarantee policy within 30 days of  receiving your order that covers any manufacturing, material, or technical defects. Within the 30 day warranty, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement solution for your products.

Return Instructions

If you would like to return your items, please email to begin the return process adding "Returns" in the subject line of the email. Before doing so and before placing an order, please read the following guidelines for returns to be accepted and refunds to be issued.

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • There should be no sign of use or household damage
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging 

Returned products are inspected and if they fail to meet this criteria or any additional criteria outlined in the return process email, we reserve the right to send back the items to you without a refund. We value your feedback and if you are processing a return, we would appreciate if you could provide a reason including but not limited to:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong item received
  • Not as expected
  • Faulty
  • Other


While processing time for returned items is 5 business days, refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving a cancellation notice for your order or from the time we send you a refund confirmation via email. Although these are guaranteed times, we will work to process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment originally used at checkout. 

When making a return, the customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered and arrives at Ridge Ropes. As such, the customer is liable for the cost of the return. We recommend that you keep any postage service receipts in the case that your package gets lost in transport. Ridges Ropes is not required to but may provide free return labels depending on the original shipping method chosen at checkout.
